For women with vaginistic complaints that make penetration uncomfortable or even painful, it is better to start with the five-part set from She-Ology.

  This Advanced set could be used in addition to it. The advantage of this set is that the dilators are wearable, so you don't have to lie down when using them. You can still keep doing all your daily activities. The dilators are soft and made from hypoallergenic silicone, so they're safe to use.
