Orders

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are €4.95 within the Netherlands for orders under €75. The shipping is free of charge for orders above €75.

For Belgium and Germany the shipping costs are €7.95.

For France the shipping costs are €13.25.

For Italy the shipping costs are €14.00.

For Luxembourg and Poland the shipping costs are €11.80.

For Austria the shipping costs are €12.50.

For Spain the shipping costs are €14.90.

For Switserland the shipping costs are €16.00. If there are any import duties applicable or VAT, these are for the account of the customer.

Do you also ship to other countries?

At the moment we only ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Switserland and Poland. We are working hard to make shipping to other countries possible at a reasonable cost.

Why do you charge shipping costs?

For orders under €85 within the Netherlands, The costs of shipping are €4.95. For the other countries, the rate differs per country. The shipping costs are actually less than the actual shipping costs because we already pay part of the shipping costs for you.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

It is currently very busy with all delivery services. Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual. Please order in time to avoid disappointment!

In the Netherlands:

If you order on working days before 15:00 PM and the products you have chosen are in stock, we will do our best to ship your order the same day. The order is usually delivered the next day within the Netherlands (except on Sundays and Mondays), although the delivery can take up to a week these days. As soon as we have received your order, we will send an email with the shipping confirmation and a Track & Trace code

For Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Switserland and Poland:

If you order before 15:00 on working days and the products you have chosen are in stock, we will do our best to ship your order the same day. The order is usually delivered in three to seven days (except Sunday and Monday). As soon as we have received your order, we will send an email with the shipping confirmation and a Track & Trace code.

I want to add a personal message and send my order as a gift to someone else, is that possible?

Yes, that's possible! You can send an email to hello@cycle.care with the message that you want on the card. We will then write your personal message on a card for the lucky recipient to read. Please note that you immediately have to send this email to us after you placed the order and that you clearly state the order reference. This is because orders at Cycle are processed as quickly as possible.

Can my order be wrapped as a gift?

Yes, that's possible! In the webshop, there is a gift wrapping option you can chose if you want to get your order wrapped up or not. If you select the gift wrapping option, we will take care of it.

How do I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. Is it not possible to track the shipment? Call us on 020-820 87 14 or send us an email: hello@cycle.care and we will help you further.

I entered my address incorrectly. what can I do?

Please email us as soon as possible at hello@cycle.care. Also state your order number and full name as used in the order. As long as the package has not yet been sent, we will always try to help you correct the address.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

If you are not at home, the package will be taken to a pick-up point. You will receive a note from the delivery service telling you which pick-up point. You can then pick up your package there.

Pick up

Pick up is not possbile. If you are in urgent need of a product, please send us an e-mail and we will try to find a solution. If you are located in the center of Amsterdam, we sometimes deliver a package ourselves (by exception).

Contact & Return

how can I return / exchange a product?

Please contact hello@cycle.care to register a return. Then we will let you know to which address you can return the product. You can return the order within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging. You will then be refunded the full purchase amount. Only the costs for sending the package from your home to Cycle are for your own account.

Please note that hygiene products such as vibrators, lubricants, nurishment oils, toy cleaner, sanitary pads & tampons and menstrual cups can no longer be returned or exchanged once the seal of the packaging or the packaging has been broken.

In the event that you do return it and we refuse the return, you shall pay the costs for sending the product return to your address again.Digital products such as webinars, online workshops and online classes cannot be returned.

Complaints

How do I submit a complaint, question or comment?

If you have a complaint, question or comment about our products or our service, then you can contact us by sending an email to hello@cycle.care. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.

Sales and discounts

Can I combine sales or discount codes?

No, that is not possible. If there is a discount sale, then other discount codes, offers or promotions are not valid. Some brands are also excluded from discounts and sales. Discounts are not valid on gift cards.
