Annelies Deleu's love for food has always been great. When she started sharing more and more recipes more and more more years ago, she thought it was important that what was on her plate was not only tasty, but also composed from a well-founded knowledge about nutrition.
Over the years, she followed a course in Natural Food, a course in Raw Vegan Sports Nutrition and a Master of Culinary arts in Raw Vegan Cuisine. With Nectar Food Studio, she brings refined (plant-based) recipes with an innovative twist that bring out the best of nature. Food for the mind, body, soul and spirit, so to speak. In recent years, she has also immersed herself in hormonal nutrition, about which she regularly gives master classes. She has now taken a different step in her career but of course, still has all the knowledge.
