  The ingredients in Acti-Mag plus ( 1 scoop is 5g):

  How do you use this?

  1 scoop per day before going to bed. Mix in 200 ml of water or some other drink, to be taken half an hour before a meal or 2 hours after a meal.

  Not recommended for women who are pregnant or who are lactating (because of the amount of Beta vulgaris (beet juice). Not to be used by children under 12 years. Always consult your GP or therapist if you want to give it to children under the age of 12.

  The magnesium compound magnesium glycerophosphate is most soluble in weakly acidic solution. Does the powder dissolve poorly in your water? Then add a little lemon juice, for example. Or add it to your drinking bottle so that it can be shaken well to keep the powder in solution. Ideal for example after your workout!
