• About Bi-Omega 500

  A pleasant, pure (anchovy) fish oil full of omega 3 fatty acids. Some fish oil softgels leave an unpleasant aftertaste or cause fish burps. This is not the case with Bi-Omega 500!

  These softgels are also suitable for children!

  The ingredients of Bi-Omega-500 have many health benefits: 

  • DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. It is recommended to take 250 mg a day in order to benefit from the effects. 

  • Maternal intake of DHA also contributes to the development of brain and eye functions in fetuses during pregnancy and babies during breastfeeding. It is recommended for mothers to increase their daily intake of DHA with 200 mg in addition to the daily recommended intake for adults, that is, 250 mg. 

  • EPA and DHA are also beneficial to various heart functions. The daily recommended intake is 250mg. 

  Standard dose

  The standard dose is 1 softgel a day, taken during meals unless prescribed otherwise.
